Special Containment Procedures: SCP- -099 is housed in a special section of the facility which we can't name. SCP- -099 can be easily startled and we don't want that to happen. If SCP- -099 attempts to breach containment, we bring it back to it's containment cell by calmly persuading it. SCP- -099 is currently attempting to make friends with SCP-999, so we let SCP- -099 out if it wants to see 999.
Most of the time SCP- -099 has great behavior, so we let all personal visit it's containment chamber ONLY on breaks, is to be spoke to calmly and respectfully.

Description: SCP- -099 is a wolf made out of Arctic ice. While on a trip in the Arctic Dr. ████ saw something very strange in the ice. It was not deep in the ice, so he pounded on it, and the figure came out of the ice. Strange thing is, it WAS made out of ice. Dr. ████ knew this was no ordinary wolf, so he calmly advanced forward to it and brought it to the facility. SCP- -099 was scared at first, maybe because it was in a strange place it had never seen before. We did many tests on this strange being and found out if angered enough it can fire ice crystals at the object or person it's being angered by. As for the cuff on SCP- -099's wrist, it has been classified that it has come from an unknown realm that we still can't describe. SCP- -099 also 'tends to disappear every night only in the Winter. We found out that it was because SCP- -099 was having a nostalgic feeling of the cold Winter air. SCP- -099 has green eyes, but when angered, they will turn red.
