Eyyyy, it's nice to see the desktop submission page! Lol, anyways, this is my Sans AU! It's not necessarily for a FULL AU, but think of this guy as, like, a separate custom character. Like, for example, Error Sans.
... I was gonna try to avoid saying this, BUT... I guess you could say it's a "borderline OC". Like... Okay, idk. I just don't know. XD It's like Error Sans, okay? And Scientist Sans... And Gaster Sans.
*Sigh* Oh well, here's some info on the guy!

He is all ler. Period. He is too aware of his surroundings to fall victim for being a lee. Even then, all lees and, yes, even some lers fear him too much to even challenge him.
See the two feathers and brush? Those are his tools. Infused with his magic, whenever the bristles or soft feathers hit your skin, it makes your skin ten times more sensitive. He also uses his magic to connect said tools to that ring. Oh, and he uses magic for tickling as well.
His Gaster Blasters, instead of magic lasers of some kind, they shoot out a dusting of pink itching powder. He uses them for either pranks, his torture sessions, or to distract his enemies big time.
His laugh and voice isn't as deep as normal Sans. In fact, it sounds very trickster-like. He is very mischievous, of course.
His soul is electric pink, and has a natural glow to it. Speaking of souls, see the brown pocket with the red heart? That's where he keeps a device for tracking down his next "prey". It's very simple really, the souls on the screen in the close range of area ranging from black to white and all in between. The darker it is, the less ticklish that monster or human is, and, obviously, as it gets more towards white, the more ticklish they are.
He is ruthless, but LOVES to tease his victims! Some examples: "Admit it, you love getting tickled like this." "Ohhh, not there, huh? Too bad~" "Whoops, sorry, my hand slipped~." "Maybe next time, you should try not to be so ticklish."
His other name, when hanging out with another Sans, is Ticci. Not to be confused with Ticci Toby, who of which Sans finds to be quite terrifying. He doesn't wear shoes, but he DOES wear socks.
At some point, Ticci becomes bored and starts to hop AUs. When he ended up in the Gaster AU and met Gaster! Sans, Ticci didn't approach him. For one, that guy was taller than him, by a long shot. And two, Ticci may have become a little shy and developed a small crush on Sanster.
